Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:

  • The item has been damaged or has missing accessories/parts due to customer mishandling.
  • The return or exchange is due to a change of mind.
Return Process

  • Package the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
